all they have to say is "this is being recorded" and then it can be used in court. I've been doing that for years whenever *I* get pulled over, cops seem to mellow out when they're being recorded. And i think it will work even if they are the one's with the cameras cuz like one article says... Supervisors can review tapes if a civilian complains about a traffic stop that they beleive to be unnessessarly rough or agressive.
