You can still pick it up. For example, for 450.0875 put in the next closest freq (450.085 or 450.090). Some scanners accept 5 and 12.5 khz increments, while others do only 5 khz. The net difference between 450.0875 and 450.090 is 2.5 khz which is close enough for the radio to pick it up. I had to do this on my old PRO-2021 and it worked for me. Give it a try.
