: i went driving yesterday where i ussually don't (99 and end of muckleteel speed way) and i heard trunk data on 823.75 a site 7/8 freq. as i drove SW it got weaker, is it possible that site 7 (mobiles) or mystery site 8 is up and running?

I thought 823 was a mobile freq, I didn't know they gave it to a repeater output, or is this a new custom bandplan?
