Yes it does. Its got capability for AM TV reception as well as the 2250-2450 MHz FM video range. It sounds really good. I sent away for the brochures w/ the specs (Icom has always been awesome about delivering these timely which is cool). But one question still lingers for me...what does the reception of cams (like the one you had) look like on the R3? I have only scene Icom superimpose photographs of babies and stock cars in the ads and the brochures. Rich Wells of StrongSignals never picked up these types of transmissions, so the only photo of the R3 in action Ive seen was of his local TV station broadcasting a "Scooby-Doo" rerun. Scooby and Shaggy looked kind of grainy with fade.
