can anyone help me. i bought a yeasu ft90 radio and tryed the mod listed dk mods they show a resistor enclosed in tubing i already removed resistor r2156 and am trying to find out if i am supposed to install the resistor which is enclosed in the tubing. please help i just spent 400.00 on this radio.
