133.350 appears to be an inactive frequency. I live three miles from the airport, and I have never heard traffic on 133.500-- All approaches to S.I.A. are taken through 123.750-- however, two way traffic of all sorts goes in/out around about 119.500 to 123.750, and also 129.500 to 134.500 Sorry I cannot be more specific.
