I was working with several of the Des Moines vehicles for a special event in December on the north end of Lake Washington. I was able to get a good chance to work with the radios(Motorola Spectra system 9000 setup). None of them were getting a signal; by the types of channels (Talk Groups) in the radios. Long story short, I'd safely say that they could be found on the Valley Comm system. Hope this helps.
