Thanks for your reply. No Im at home here in Des Moines, not far from the air port as a crow flys.
Anyway, I have the metal ant... I use that the scanner came with.
I was told once to try a three inch piece of coax with the shield bent back.
I have not tried that. I am trying to scann the trunked Id's in South County.
