They're still on 154.130 for fire, and 154.295 for EMS.
If you're not hearing their dispatches, it's not because they've suddenly shifted to trunked. I don't know this for a fact, but I've always assumed that they have a landline intercom system to their stations that is used for dispatches, because all of their dispatches (save for 1-11's) are not done on the air.
