Why should a cell company be held responsible for someone else monitoring freqs? Trot out the ole gun manufacturer being responsible for some idiot shooting something. Cigarettes and cancer blah blah blah. Guess I'll sue Sony for not warning me to not bonk my neighbor on the head with a digital camera. Stop the madness. Ok who cares anyway. Want to snoop on cells? Try eBay and search scanners in the international eBay markets. You will have to get with the seller to determine whether it has cell blocking on it. Caveat emptor and all the jazz. Or the hard way, learn to become a ham operator and build your own! You can always blame your crime on Radio Shack for selling you the parts !!! hahahahahaha wahoooooooo!
Americans really need to stand up and quit passing the buck when they pull a boner. It's pathetic but does make entertaining news blurbs.
You can still buy DDT overseas too. Bought it in Pakistan to kill the hoards of cockroaches. (there not here) I performed an indepth study by looking outside and not seeing any condor eggs laying around. Want R-12 and cuban cigars. Go to Beirut or Kuwait. I'm sure Dursban will show up after it's banned here next year. Ahhhhh, memories. Well this was fun. I don't expect to ever read this again or even find this page. Just stumbled on it. Ciao!! : Well, taking into account Federally mandated manditory minimum sentencing guidelines, it would depend on just how much crack you were dealing, I wonder if the same would apply to listening to cellulars, one listen is bad but more than two conversations and your in more trouble..hee heee.....

: : : Yikes, you might as well have just said you're a crack dealer.... sheeeesh. It's illegal to listen to cellulars and cordless phones. :o)

: : : : hey thanks for your help guys i just listen to it when im tired of listing to whats going on in kitsap county so i dont do it all the time. but u got to admit it is fun. well thanks for your help

: : Actually, in a contemporary court of law the sentence for monitoring
: : cellular might very well outweigh the sentence for dealing crack.
: : Yes, I'm being slightly sarcastic. Having once owned an analog cell phone I was well aware that I was BROADCASTING. Who do you point the
: : finger at for breaches in telecommunication privacy? The
: : monitoring enthusiast, or the unwilling communications conglomerates?
: : Using the RF spectrum for hurtful gain should be illegal, monitoring
: : it should not. Meanwhile, the cell companies should be held accountable for issues dealing with privacy. Just a thought.
