If by coastal you mean some place like Hoquiam or Forks try 155.340.
Also if they are not landing at an airport, try your local fire dept
freqs, as they often have an engine company stand by at the LZ.
Another possibility is that ALNW might have pre-arranged with the
hospital to establish comms on the hospital security freq.
