Just wanted to solicit other Pro-92 owners' strategies for allocating
channel banks.
For instance, I want to listen to Mult County Sheriff/Fire, Portland PD, Wash County Sheriff/Fire, Tigard PD, Hillsboro PD, and Beaverton PD traffic. Mult County services and the Portland PD share the same Motorola II trunking frequencies, and Wash County services along with Tigard PD, Hillsboro PD, and Beaverton PD, share another set of Motorola II trunking frequencies. So here's what I've done:
Bank 0: Mult County freqs/Mult County Sheriff talkgroup IDs.
Bank 1: Wash County freqs/Hillsboro PD, Tigard PD, Beaverton PD talkgroup IDs.
Bank 2: Mult County freqs/Portland PD talkgroup IDs.
Bank 3: Wash County freqs/Wash County Sheriff talkgroup IDs.
Bank 4: Mult County & Wash County freqs/Mult County Fire & Wash County Fire talkgroup IDs. (Two different sets of trunking freqs)
Is this how others' utilize their channel banks?
