LFP is using the EPSCA system, so aiming toward either Norway Hill (SW side of Bothell/Woodinville interchange) or W. Tiger Mtn should work well. Those are two of the simulcast site locations for EPSCA.

There is also a fill in site in North City, on the water tower there...but I don't know if they bring it up very often.

As for the in-car computer stuff...have no idea.
