Keep in mind Frank, that those are for HF signals 3 - 30 Mhz.
I am really not sure what, if any effects a solar event would have
on local reception at 800mhz over short paths.
The event on the 12 was a S1 (lowest on scale) storm.
Also for those that don't know, PCA means "Polar Cap Absorbtion".
Again, this would be of concern for HF users trying to send or receive
a transpolar signal.
