The only thing that I can think of is a little BC-60 from uniden. You can find it on there website or verus other websites. Since its a small community I would just buy something off of the web and go from there. The BC-60 is a 30 channel scanner that is a handheld scanner. They are nice. But if you don't want a handheld scanner you can buy a nice cheap desktop scanner for around $100 depending on where you look and what you want. But for what I think you want I would suggest the BC-60xlt. They are available from uniden right now and here is the link to the 60xlt. Right now the BC-60xlt is offered for $48.36. Which is a good cheap price. And if you aren't interested in that one you can look around at all the other scanners that Uniden has to offer.
