King County monitoring and also Renton/Tukwilla/Kent

As of yet I haven't monitored KCSO since the switch between UHF and 800mhz with disconnected. On the 800mhz level are they using the same frequency group as Valley Comm? If not, can someone provide them for me. Also can someone provide the talk groups for King County as well as Kent, Renton and Tukwilla PDs.
Any help would be appreciated.
