: and then later in the article something ticked me off.. we were PROMISSED a year ago when camaras were going in at intersections that they will NOT be used to monitor drivers or their activities, but were a cost effective way to monitor traffic flow and trigger lights with car recognition type software. This way construction ppl would have less shit to dig up and barry durring upcomming constructions. ahhhh but this article sais "While the video camaras have been installed .... the system isn't available for use by police officers at this time, officials said" BASTARDS!
