Yes, Opr 18 is the main culprit. His on air antics are quite legendary.
In a job notorious for burnout and high turnover it is rather remarkable
that Dan has been on the job for 35 years! Christmas card lists,
"REAL" police calls, long arm of ___PD wants to reach into your subjects
wallet etc.
