Incoming Staging is the TRAC facility in Pasco and the staging at the Fire scene is the ORV Park at Horn Rapids. Every freq above was used. I programed BLM and never heard them at all. This wasn't actually a BLM fire. They just used 5 BLM Planes and 2 choppers. This was on the Hanford nuclear site that took out Benton City.
