: Actually, the NSA facility was (and likely still is) located at the Yakima Firing Range. They were within the footprint of the downlinks that were target to the Brewster Sat Station. I thought a little trtip to Brewster to check it out would be a nice summer trip, but I have talked to several people from the Chelan area, an no one knows what I am talking about.
