New to scanning-Shoreline

I am new to scanning and am trying to program my BC245XLT to pick-up
Shoreline PD (king county) and Fire. I am still not 100% sure which
frequencies to input into the scanner, as there seems to be
conflicting information all over the internet. I saw from a previous
post which talkgroups to use for Shoreline, but there was no mention of
which frequencies to use.

Can someone please clarify for me which frequencies to input into
my scanner so that I can monitor Shoreline PD and FD?
