Also, in case you are wondering or don't know, here are the areas for those KCSO sectors you mentioned above:
KING - White Center area
LINCOLN - Burien
NORA - Seatac
VICTOR - Vashon Island
You may hear TOM units on KCSO, too, but I believe they are just traffic(?) units.
