Another freq range to search would be 123.1 - 123.50 as Boeing uses some frequencies there for flight testing. I have heard them use 123.275 a number of times on flight testing. They'll have the aircraft take off from Paine Field in Everett then fly to Grant County Airport in Moses Lake. You often can hear the Everett side also as they have a satellite link and some kind of remote base/repeater on 123.275 at Moses Lake.
