Here are some ferry frequencies:
Whidbey-San Juan terminals
dock-852.0875
boat1-852.8375
boat2-851.7875
The ferries are operated by the state DOT and they have just gone to a new trunked radio system. The ferry system is using some of these frequencies.
As far as I know the rest of the docks are still using 151.040. Also try 156.975. If you have any questions drop me a line.
