It mentioned parking at Sierra 12. Sea-Tac receives many military charters (using commercial charter airlines as well as others) from the Far East. These flights all land at the South Satelite at Sea-Tac (sierra gates) for customs clearance. I suspect this may have been a military charter of a commercial aircraft based on the number of passengers on board. After customs, many of the service personnel and their families continue on other scheduled commercials flights to their final destination.
