Yes, I used the freqs listed in that free ScannerBase software that supposedly are up-to-date as of the summer of 1999. The 1998 Police Call had freqs listed under both PSE and Washington Natural Gas but the summer 1999 listing in the ScannerBase software no longer had any licenses listed as active for WNG so guess they had already transferred the licenses to PSE.
: Was it sufficient to use the list of licensed frequencies?
