Some time ago (2+ years) I monitored the Metro Traffic Control operation, which is housed up in the Columbia Tower. They contract with a variety of radio stations, including KING. They had a freq. up in the 453 Mhz range...which was used for both live remotes and air-to-ground communications. It should be noted Metro traffic control is not at all related to the bus and sewer service district of the same name.
