I have ran into the same problem monatring WSP going down the road.
They would bleed through my scanner. It sound it like they were talking on that
Freq. Of Coure I was Between the 2. That is probley why.
I though they are not supose to use the there Radios down in the states.
Do to others are on those Freqs. down here.
