I have noticed these around for a few months now. Could they simply be part of the new signal syncronizing device to help reduce congestion along Aurora Ave?
Personal note: after they did this I still get stuck at each light!!! Just my luck huh... :(

I only live 1 mile from that location and will look further, but just 4 or 5 days ago i noticed at LEAST two cameras near or on 130th & aurora N. now thing's are beginning to gell for me...
