There is. It is called an Opticom. It is a device that is like a strobe light. Police and fire use this. I know that most Snohomish County uses them, Seattle I believe does not but Everett uses an radio(RF) to make them go green. Ever see those amber rotating lights on the signal poles in Everett? They light up to tell the police or fire that they have the green light. And like Lynnwood, ever see a white lights near the signals? They light up to let the police or fire that they have the green light. Opticom strobes cost about $1,300 and only police or fire can use the system. : :Wow-- Anybody have any ideas on how to hack into it? Might be nice to have every light change to green as you approach it! I've dreamed about a system like this for my car! Keep up the good work, Metro!
