it's a shoe box repeater that hangs under a road light. it has an open phase coil antenna hanging stright down from the shoe box. running up to the top of the light from the shoe box is a black cord that jumps between the upper cowling of the light and the twist in photo electric sensor that turns the lamp on/off during night/day. There are no other wires. The unit is selfcontianed except for the power.

there's a new flavor of these repeaters i'm seeing.. it's about the size of a bread box with a 800MHz open phase/center load combo (2 sets of loose coils) I donno who's claiming these units.
