I just finished reading the rules again, I love those rules . Alas I haven't been able to find the answers I am looking for ! Once again , LERN, OSCCR,Etc are they carrier squelch ? Or do they have a PL tone assigned to them that all the agencies in the state have programmed into their radios? I am experiencing quite the intermod problem I'm going nuts ! Thought maybe a PL in the scanner would calm the nerves ............ Thanks A.
