: On Scene Command Coordination Radio (OSCCR).
: In Washington State is is licensed through the State DEM for use by various public safety agencies. The intent was to provide a single, universal, common, frequency for use by all responders, ( L.E., Fire, EMS, DOT, etc.) during a large scale incident or emergency occurance. It is available for "mobile" use ONLY under this "group" license.
: Although many agencies have access to this freq, it typically is not used for it's intended purpose.
