On a trip a few years ago to Kennewick, i stopped by the RadioShack at Columbia Center and asked for a local frequency list, and was happy to be given one distributed by a local club. Sorry i can not find it now nor say wich club... or if they are still around. Might be worth checkin out though. Happy Scanning:)
