It appears that two Navy warships from Everett have taken up position, one in Elliott Bay and another near Whidbey Island.
There are more comms now on 121.500...latest one said something along the lines of "Aircraft near Whidbey Island...this is a US Navy warship on VHF guard...you are standing into danger. Please contact us on VHF Guard." Immediately, after that transmission Seattle Radio (The FAA) simulcast on the local Seattle Radio freqs, 122.0 and 122.550 (heard from my Everett location)..."Aircaft in the vicinity of Whibey Island, Vancouver Island and Vashon Island, please contact the US Navy immediately on 121.500"
: 1312 local -- 121.500 --- just heard the following "Unidentified aircraft over Whidby Island...this is a US Navy Warship on VHF Guard...you are ordered to land at the nearest available airport"
: 1316 -- 121.500....just heard another transmission..."Aircraft near Vancouver Island...this is a US Navy warship on Guard....over."
