121.500 infrequent comms

Heard three times within one hour (11AM-12noon)on 121.500 mHz (VHF air 'guard' or emergency channel) -- "Cal Warrior...this is BullRunner calling." And also about an hour later..."Galloway...this is BullRunner calling." Nothing further.
