780 discriminator tap

Wanted to know if anyone has done a discriminator tap on the BC780xlt?
I am planning on building a 2 phase DataSlice curcuit as described here:

My main concern is with the internal capacitor ( 0.1uF Tantalym capacitor ) and the 780 in specific:

-Is it OK to use a ceramic cap?

-Any problem/recomendations/hints with placing the cap in the 780?
