The Jeppeson airport diagram for SeaTac doesn't go
beyond the usual gates, so I can't answer where
"Spot 11" is, but many airplanes are not parked at
gates - they could be on the cargo ramp, near the
maintenance hangars, or just shoved off out of
the way because there wasn't a gate available.
The general aviation ramp probably has its own
parking scheme. Any of those places could be
called "spots".
