: Doesn't surprise me. Lynnwood has got more on the ball than any other nort end city. Just look at the cameras on top of every traffic signal in town. More cops around every corner too. ladyfriend just got a $100 speeding ticket for 20 over! My advice? Stay outta lynnwood!
