Good information. We all need to remember to SEARCH not only the Police or Fire Channels once in a while. The WSP AND STATE DOT ARE NOT LICENSED on 154.57. The COMPANY that is doing the work OWNS the radios. 154.57 is a common low power business channel. BUT any BUSINESS radio channel could be used. CHECK to see WHICH COMPANY is listed on the highway construction signs - THEN check to see if THAT COMPANY has a radio license and which BAND they are on.
