Well, isn't the FCC web site nice...it says the Target store in Lake Stevens was licensed august 7, 2001...when you get to the main FCC search page ( http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/cgi-bin/ws.exe/genmen/index.hts ) then choose license/state and enter Target and WA and make sure you click on the wildcard box. Then choose ULS database on the next page and wait...if you did it correctly, click on the last entry in the table and then choose SITE and the freqs will pop up with additional info. Hint--you're looking for Target store number 1331. All four freqs are licensed for 4 watts ERP and the code is MO for mobile or portable. You won't see any other code so there is no repeater.

: I noticed one or two Target store freqs when I just checked under Snohomish County - business on this web site. Try the same look at this web site for other counties, like King. I didn't find them in Police Call, however. If I were you, I'd also try all the freqs in the Fast Food section as those may also prove fruitful...not that Target is fast food but a lot of those freqs are generic for business use. I'm so uninterested in listening to these things, it wasn't worth my time to search any more for them. You might also try the FCC web site and do a search there also
