Followup on FCC freq database...there's a whole list of Target freqs in Wash state at the FCC site...

You have to look through each of some 20 freqs and sites...altho Lake Stevens probably isn't listed yet, if you go through everyone site that is licensed and put them in your scanner, you'll most likely discover that one of them is being used by the new store...research, research, research... : Dave
