The MedComm channels are non repeated and are designed for that type of communication. And communication to the hospitals. MedComms are a national network set aside from the FCC so medics can talk to each other while responding to a call. If I were you I would get a list of the MedComs I think there is 11 of them. And monitor them until you can find them. But again its not repeated. Sounds like your trunk group may have a patch. I don't know becuase I don't live in your area.
