Des Moines Waterland 7/25

Was anyone else at the Des Moines Waterland Festival last night 7/25? Noticed the staff using UHF radios, and also noticed that the Des Moines Marina vehicles have cb radios installed, even in the golf carts, but no antennas...Maybe they use those antenna couplers that use the frame of the vehicle as the antenna??
