Look like non-keypad versions of the Moto XTS5000 (model 2). SPD or DSS. The XTS-5000 seems to be standard issue for most feds nowadays.

Edit: They could be XTS-2500 Model 2's.

Also, who remembers WSP upper-echelon-types carrying 800mhz radios during WTO, and running simplex? Though they were using EF Johnson models, IIRC.

nice photos!

around the Seattle Rep Theatre this morning during his talk at every entrence there were bomb sniffing radios. A box the size of 3 gallon trash can, with a large 7"x3" green backlite LCD screen. on top was a 14" antenna with a center choke. they were chained to nearby trees like traffic counters next to the road.
