I heard from a very unreliable source that His Holiness's security has been outsourced to an "Independent Contractor"

any suggestions?

He was joking. It wasn't a true statement. The Vatican just bought a new secure radio system and used an American Engineering firm. His security is still provided by the Swiss Guards. The City has it's own Police and Fire Dept's. They are not contracted out. In fact, Vatican Radio, HVJ was designed and built my "Mr. Radio" himself. It has the largest "movable" antenna system in the world.

The pig said "what's with the goat"? The midget told the pig that he just stopped in for a drink. He was on his way to buy a dolly for the lama.
