While its been no secret that Hytera stole all their DMR code from Motorola, they recently lost a civil suit:

The even sadder part is I have 15 hytera PD362i's. Given directly from my work for them to upgrade to icom NXDN4800 walkie sets. And yes...these do use DMR, but ig their good ol analog is still in this model.
