No one caught Firewood 15 and 21, and two CG cutters off Whidbey Island tonight? Was everyone asleep?

Don't have my freq conversion chart with me right now but CG and the Navy helo's were on marine channels 21A and 22A. Island County fire was also on 22A. Sounded interesting listening to all the agencys talk and would have been fun to be up there watching the action. I heard Firewood 21 talk about switching to "Mike" but don't know what that frequency is and didn't have a chance to listen on the Mil Air band.
Anyone know what "Mike" is?

Mike is 360.5. They were talking on that Monday night. Over Port Townsend.

I heard Coast Guard units contacting Port Angeles on 164.9125 earlier this week. Anybody else heard anything on this frequency before?

I notice its listed as a common C.G. frequency throughout the US
