It was the input to 142.98 one of the CREST Mt McDonald site frequencies . They have done a major upgrade to the system the more urban parts went to 700 mhz . The more rural with the vhf range the old system was on .

Anyone know the user on 166.05 Mhz DMR CC:1 ?

A simple conventional repeater. Sounds like truck drivers picking up loads of soil. I can't find a FCC license.

Boeing has a license on 166.00 Specified Services - FCC Rules Parts 5, 21, 22, 23, 25

Several licenses on 166.25 Broadcast Auxiliary Remote Pickup (RP)

This would have to be Canadian. I did find several licenses in BC but all were listed as analog.

Okay a new mystery frequency: 453.5925 PL 85.4

Picking up the weak analog user from SE Bellevue fairly well. They're not exactly the loudest bunch. Sounds like security patrols for hospital or college. I've gathered a few clips.

SAM10 seems to be the lead. Units are 2 digit or 4 digit numbered units. Definitely mobile units.
PUBLIC SAFETY BASE is the dispatcher (seems like only daytime hours)
Very little activity at night but there does seem to be at a couple of units roaming around.
"Building R"
OFFICE callsign (at night only?)
