Today I also found someone that, based on the conversation, sounded like a carpenter, on 468.9875 which is also an input to the Cap+ system, but using a CC of 1. TGID was 3 and no further traffic than a few exchanges about cutting wood. No co-channel users in Pierce County and the RIDs matched the Fair range.

151.625 (94.8)- Funtastic (aka Fun Enterprises) rides

151.625 (CSQ)- Unknown food vendor

456.800 (110.9)- Unknown food vendor

462.325 (CSQ)- Unknown. A guy that sounded super drunk was on here asking if anyone could hear him and he found a radio in the bathroom and maybe they should give him a cash reward for it and could anyone hear him? Someone responded and told him it would work better if he turned the radio off.

464.500 (S-1/CC-1/TGID-1080) Some sort of private parking repeater. How many cars were in what lots, and when could various people take breaks. Most of the conversations revolved around breaks and lunches- maybe Boeing employees?

469.500 (D503)- Unknown food vendor

469.500 (D331)- Unknown vendor.

464.550 (67.0) One of the hotels on Meridian south of the Fair (see recording). About the time this was transmitted I saw Puyallup PD going apeshit near the Hampton Inn. I'd feel better if that were the case. I despise Hampton Inns.
